Terms and Conditions

  1. Payment Terms
    • A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking.
    • The remaining balance is due upon completion and before delivery of the final document.
  2. Cancellation Policy
    • If you cancel your project after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable.
    • If you cancel before work begins, the deposit may be credited towards a future service within six months, at my discretion.
  3. Changes to Quoted Service
    • Any amendment to the quoted service will be communicated to the client via email and agreement to amendments will be sought before continuing the project – To include any increase over 500 words to final word count 
  4. Confidentiality
    • All documents and information provided by you will be treated as confidential and handled in accordance with GDPR.
    • I will not share your work with any third parties without your permission.
  5. Delivery
    • Turnaround times will be agreed upon before work begins.
    • Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances will be communicated as soon as possible.
  6. Revisions
    • Minor revisions are included in the initial price.
    • Major revisions or additional work may be charged at my standard hourly rate.
  7. Acceptance of Terms
    • By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
